How do I enable the keyboard?

1. Open the iOS Settings app.
2. Go to General → Keyboard → Keyboards.
3. Tap “Add New Keyboard…”.
4. Choose “AI Keyboard”.
5. Tap “AI Keyboard” again and turn on “Allow Full Access”.

How do I switch to AI Keyboard while typing?

Tap and hold the globe (🌐) key on the keyboard and choose “AI Keyboard”. If you don’t see the globe key, make sure the keyboard is added in Settings.

How do I fix or rewrite my text?

Type your sentence, then tap the AI (✨) button. Review the suggestion and tap Replace or Insert.

How do I translate?

Tap the language pill in the keyboard’s top bar to pick your output language, type your text, then tap the Translate button.

Why do AI and Translate need the internet?

These features use AI to generate results, which requires a network connection. That is also why iOS asks for “Allow Full Access”.

Do you record what I type?

No. We do not log keystrokes. Normal typing is never stored or uploaded. Text is sent only when you tap the AI or Translate button, and only the text needed for that request.

Why does the keyboard need Full Access?

Full Access lets the keyboard use the internet for AI and Translate. With it off, normal typing still works. Enabling it does not enable keystroke logging. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What do I get for free?

• 3 AI uses per day

What does Premium include?

Unlimited AI and Translate (subject to a fair-usage policy), plus all themes, custom backgrounds, fonts, sounds, and haptics.

How does renewal work?

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select AI Keyboard, and choose Cancel or change your plan. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the current period.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the app, go to the Premium/paywall screen, and tap “Restore Purchases”.

I was charged after my free trial — why?

Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.

AI/Translate isn’t working

• Make sure “Allow Full Access” is enabled (Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → AI Keyboard).
• Check your internet connection.
• If you’re on the free plan, confirm you haven’t used your 3 daily uses.

The keyboard doesn’t appear

• Re-add it in Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard.
• Restart your device if it still doesn’t show.

Sounds or haptics aren’t playing

• Check the Sound & Haptics settings in the app.
• Key sounds respect your phone’s silent mode.
