These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Keyboard: Translate & Write app and keyboard (“AI Keyboard”, “the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AI Keyboard on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
2. The service
AI Keyboard provides a custom keyboard with AI-assisted writing (grammar fix, rewrite, tone improvement), translation, themes, and personalization features. AI and Translate features require an internet connection and “Full Access”.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing purpose.
- Submit content that is illegal, hateful, or violates the rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
- Use automated means to abuse free limits or the AI/Translate features.
AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on or sending them.
4. Subscriptions, billing & renewal
AI Keyboard offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Weekly: $3.99 per week, including a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Monthly: $6.99 per month.
- Yearly: $49.99 per year.
Prices are in USD and may vary by region and over time. The price shown in the app at the time of purchase applies.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
- If you start a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service.
5. Free tier and fair use
Free users receive a limited number of AI and Translate uses per day (currently 3 AI and 3 Translate uses per day). Premium provides unlimited AI and Translate use subject to a fair-usage policy designed to prevent abuse and protect service quality. We may apply reasonable limits to excessive or automated usage.
6. Intellectual property
The app, including its design, themes, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You retain rights to the text you create; you grant us a limited right to process your submitted text solely to provide the requested AI or Translate result.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI corrections or translations will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated content.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by disabling the keyboard or deleting the app.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
