Revenue-share partnerships are calculated from net profit after applicable platform fees, payment gateway fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, server/API costs, AI/API costs, maintenance costs, support costs, marketing costs if agreed, and other approved operational expenses. Default model: 50% Creator / 50% Kousar Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from the beginning, after full expenses are deducted.
Who Owns What
Creator owns their personal brand, name, content, audience, and approved brand assets. Kousar Global Solutions owns and manages the technical platform, source code, backend, reusable systems, and operational infrastructure unless a separate full-ownership agreement is signed.
Brand Permission & Authorization
Creator-branded apps are launched only with written permission and official partnership approval. We do not use any creator's name, logo, photos, videos, voice, content, or brand identity without written authorization.
Promotion Commitment
Promotion plans are agreed before launch and may include a launch video or video segment, Shorts/Reels, community posts, pinned comments, description links, and monthly update promotions.
